Noelle was born and raised in Limsa Lominsa in relative luxury, her only family being her late father, the owner of a fishing and pearl diving company that boomed in prestige when their pearls were featured in an exquisite gift presented to the previous Sultana of Ul'Dah.While Noelle was encouraged to learn the jewelry crafting trade to further the family business, she enjoyed a rebellious streak during her 20's.
